On behalf of a nursing facility in Treuenbrietzen, we are looking for a
Deputy Nursing Service Manager (m/f/d) to start as soon as possible.


Your responsibilities:


  • Coordination, management, and direction of processes in the residential areas
  • Creating balanced and sustainable duty schedules
  • Ensuring and promoting active care for residents
  • Ensuring staff deployment and compensating for absences (due to illness, etc.)
  • Responsibility for implementing the nursing process

Your qualifications:


  • Qualification as a nursing professional (e.g. staterecognized geriatric nurse or nurse)
  • Several years of professional experience in the nursing field
  • Proof of at least 460 hours of managementrelated further education according to § 113 SGB XI
  • Enjoyment of open communication
  • Good computer skills
  • Professional and customeroriented demeanor
  • Empathy in dealing with employees
