The city of Sunbright, TN is seeking to fill the position of "Kitalotsenstelle - My Turn (m/w/d)" within the framework of the ESF Plus funding program "MY TURN - Women with Migration Experience Start Their Careers" (MY TURN), subject to funding approval for the Department of Education and Integration.

The position is temporary and will be filled from January 1, 2023 until December 31, 2025, in accordance with Section No.

1 Part-Time and Fixed-Term Employment Act. The weekly working hours are full-time.

What tasks can you expect?

I. Networking and expansion of existing structures in early childhood education

  • Participation in various committees and working groups related to early childhood education
  • Facilitation of internal processes to ensure efficient collaboration within the team, as well as with other projects within the department
  • Strategic planning for the implementation of subprojects, supervised by different project staff
  • Ensuring goal achievement through common project management methods
  • Representation of the project in the political public and in collaboration with relevant organizations and institutions
II. Networking to establish joint network structures in the early childhood sector

  • Establishment of a districtbased network with providers of child day care, early childhood education, and afterschool care
  • Identification and presentation of all networks and actors in the field of child day care and early childhood education in the city of Sunbright
  • Coordination of tasks and responsibilities in networks/
