The Baden State Association for Inner Mission is one of the oldest and largest complex institutions for children and youth, integration, disability, and elderly care with approximately 700 employees and 100 trainees in Baden.

In our central services, around 40 employees work in the administration of our facilities. We are currently looking for a

Commercial Employee (m/f/d)
in full-time (100% workload)

Your tasks:

You will be responsible for independently and timely processing of monthly master data maintenance, as well as implementing all tax and social security regulations for a defined group of employees
You will be a competent contact person for our employees on all topics related to payroll accounting
You will be responsible for correspondence and communication with tax offices, health insurance companies, social security agencies, and other authorities
You will manage digital personnel files and handle reporting and certification processes
Participation in projects

Your profile:

Successfully completed commercial or equivalent education
Ideally, you have some professional experience in the field of payroll accounting
Ideally, you already have knowledge of the SAP payroll program
You have a strong affinity for numbers and are proficient in written and spoken German
You have a structured, focused, and reliable way of working, as well as absolute trustworthiness
