Employee Guest Management / Assistant (M/F/D)
Union Springs, AL fixed-term for 2 years 39 hours/week

This is your mission:

Management of guest management at all association events (conceptualization, invitation and participant management, event support)
Support and implementation of projects in the areas of social policy, personnel development, and equality
Organization of committee meetings and topic-related events (conferences, exchange formats, workshops) in person and in digital formats in the mentioned areas
Assistance to the department of association development and fundamental issues, general office organization
Participation in cross-departmental working/project groups


This is what you bring:

Completed (technical) university degree in event or sports management or comparable commercial training, experience in project work and event organization
Interest in addressing sports and social policy issues
High communication skills
