- We are looking for a Medical Assistant (m/f/d) for the Oncology Outpatient Clinic.
Requirements:
- Completed training as a Medical Assistant (m/f/d)
- Enjoy working with patients, as well as strong communication skills, dedication, and teamwork
- Good knowledge of MS Office programs and ideally previous experience with our hospital documentation system, Orbis.

Your main responsibilities:
- Independent patient registration at the reception desk
- Administration and organization of appointments
- Outpatient billing (MVZ/ASV), as well as preparation for billing and creation of final invoices
- Planning and organization of your own work processes and prioritizing tasks
- Cooperative collaboration with other disciplines
- Close cooperation with other departments in our specialty, such as the secretariat or study office.
