We are looking for a Front Office Agent / Receptionist (m/f/d) to join us as soon as possible.

  • You will work in the heart of our hotel our firstclass reception and as part of the team, ensure that our guests receive exceptional service from arrival to departure.
  • Your main tasks:
  • You contribute to the smooth operation of the reception and ensure that all aspects of the guest experience are fulfilled with the team.
  • You show patience and empathy and respond quickly to guest requests.
  • You take care of not only checkin and checkout, but everything in between.
