Responsibilities:

Who we are looking for:

Passionate, friendly, and motivated dental assistants (DA) or dental technicians (m/f/d) to strengthen our inside sales team for acquiring and supporting customers in the dental industry.

Your responsibilities:

Professional support and advice for existing and new customers via phone and email
Answering customer questions and overcoming obstacles in the sales process
Order acceptance and processing
Maintaining contact with existing customers to ensure continuous satisfaction
Participating in trainings and workshops to stay uptodate on new product specifications and service offerings
Regularly providing market and customer feedback to our company
