Press Spokesperson and Deputy Head of the Communication and Marketing Department (f/m/d) to join our team at the Lemgo campus.


The main responsibilities of this position include:

  • Acting as the main contact person for media representatives (f/m/d) and connecting them with experts at TH OWL
  • Deputy management of the Communication and Marketing Department
  • Conceptualization, editing, and coordination of internal and external communication, as well as contributing to marketing measures
  • Coordination of press and public relations for the university and maintaining contact with media outlets
  • Close and responsible collaboration with the university's presidency, faculties, institutes, and central facilities in terms of reporting and external representation, as well as maintaining contact with media outlets
  • Conceptualization, editing, and preparation of topics for science communication
  • Conceptualization, editing, maintenance, and development of the TH OWL website and intranet
  • Conceptualization, editing, and creation of publications, including the university magazine, newsletter, and annual report

We are looking for candidates who meet the following requirements:

  • A successfully completed university degree, preferably in the field of communication science, public relations, journalism, or media studies
