The Stadtwerke Bochum offer performance-oriented (technical) high school graduates the opportunity to combine the apprenticeship profession of Electronics Technician for Industrial Engineering with an engineering degree.

Upon successful completion, the apprentices will obtain both their professional qualification and the internationally recognized university degree of Bachelor of Engineering.

Each apprentice receives an iPad at the beginning of their apprenticeship, as learning with digital teaching and learning methods is much easier. Taking notes is a thing of the past. At the Stadtwerke Bochum, apprentices use their digital helpers in practical training.
