Are you looking for quality? Stop searching and join us We are currently seeking a Head of Quality (m/f/d) in the Greater Gera area.

What you bring:

Degree in a technical field
Several years of experience in a manufacturing automotive company
Familiarity with regulations and internal/external audits within the framework of IATF 16949, as well as experience with a QM software tool (preferably BABTEC)
Additional qualifications in quality management (e.g. as an auditor) desired
Teamoriented leadership and communication skills
Persuasiveness, teamwork, and reliability

What awaits you:

You will be responsible for quality assurance from the supplier side, through incoming goods, production, and complaint management
You will ensure the entire process, including corrective and preventive measures, supplier qualification, inspection equipment monitoring, inspection planning, complaint processing, and documentation
You will provide input for process optimization to prevent errors
You will conduct error analyses and train employees
You will work closely with other departments to enforce the highest quality standards according to IATF 1694
You will be the direct point of contact for quality matters for our customers and report to the plant manager
You will ensure compliance with standards at the location and act as the contact person for the QMB
You will support process audits within the group
