Your Responsibilities:


  • You will be responsible as a competent contact person for the care of our existing customers in a designated postal code area.
  • You will clarify customer requests and requirements with all relevant departments of the company.
  • You are responsible for maintaining master data and creating new customers, as well as processing daily business (registrations, cancellations, size exchanges).
  • You will process visit reports from colleagues in the field and maintain our internal statistics.
  • Your main focus will be on the inside sales, but you may occasionally support your colleagues in the field.

Your Profile:


  • You have a commercial education (industrial clerk, office clerk, office communication clerk, retail clerk, or similar).
  • You have a professional appearance and good manners.
  • You work customer and resultsoriented, and complaints do not faze you, but rather challenge your ambition to find a solution.
  • You are flexible, resilient, and able to keep track of things even in turbulent times.
  • You are proficient in using common office programs.
