Your responsibilities

As head of the counseling center, you are responsible for coordinating the content areas as well as the professional orientation and further development of the services in accordance with the Berlin Framework Agreement for EFB
You have managerial and professional supervision over a multi-professional team, currently consisting of 15 employees
