What to expect

During your apprenticeship as a chemical technician at our Silverton location:

  • you will learn how to optimize and coordinate all areas of production.
  • you will work with various processes for refining raw materials and be able to identify and resolve any issues that may arise.
  • you will take samples from equipment and be able to analyze them.
  • you will become an expert in the technical and chemical processes of equipment in the chemical industry.
  • you will control processes using modern process control systems and monitor all important parameters.
What you bring
  • a good secondary school diploma, high school diploma, or (technical) diploma
  • interest in chemistry and physics
  • ability to work independently
  • enjoyment of working in a team
