Your profile:
- Master's or diploma degree in fields such as (business) psychology, business administration, pedagogy, or equivalent qualification
- Extensive professional experience in conducting and accompanying organizational development and change projects, ideally in the IT industry
- Solid experience in designing and conducting moderations and trainings at different hierarchy levels
- Agile mindset, strong drive for shaping and entrepreneurial foresight
- High level of determination and communication skills
- International experience and intercultural competence
- Ideally several years of leadership experience
- Fluent in German and English
Your tasks:
- Design and implementation of national and international development programs and trainings for managers
- Clarification of assignments, concept development, and support and advice for managers in organizational development and change processes
- Coaching and support for teams in change processes
- Project management and control
- Implementation of consulting and training measures in both facetoface and digital formats in German and English
