Then our newly created position as Head of Human Resources DACH (m/w/d) at SIXT in Hillsboro, NM is the perfect opportunity for you In this role, you will be responsible for standardizing HR processes for the DACH region and acting as an expert for all levels of management.

- You will be responsible for leading and managing the entire HR department for DACH, including developing and implementing HR strategies
- You will ensure the smooth operation of all HR processes and be accountable for them in the DACH region
- You will act as a sparring partner for management and executives on all employment and HRrelated matters
- You will also expand the HR function within the company and support the structural development of departments
- You will be responsible for and participate in HR projects to implement HR and company policies
What you'll bring:
- You have extensive experience in a broad HR generalist role, ideally with significant leadership experience
- You have a degree in HR or law, as well as a strong understanding of employment and social security law
