We are currently looking for a
Customer Support & Success Specialist to support our growth.

Your responsibilities

Your main responsibility is to ensure excellent communication between our internal departments and to optimize the quality of service for our clients, including healthcare professionals and their patients.

Roles and responsibilities

Must be innovative and selfmotivated
Ability to make independent decisions that benefit both the customer and the team
Conduct metric reviews for new and existing accounts to identify training and development needs
Collaborate with the Customer Success team to provide solutions for underperforming accounts
Ability to work under pressure, prioritize tasks, and organize responsibilities
Report user activities to partnering departments
Handle technical and support inquiries from patients and doctors, and liaise with other departments as needed
Drive customer retention and growth by understanding their needs and providing targeted support and training during onboarding
Ensure successful implementation of Dental Monitoring for a customer's patients
