The Open Assistance of Diakonie Hochfranken is a recognized care service according to SGB XI. We offer outpatient care and support for people in need with and without disabilities. You support disabled people in living independently and provide them with assistance for personal and social participation.


Your tasks - why we need you:

  • Assignments partly by arrangement with our short-term care facility "Haus Hubertine"
  • You help our clients with everyday tasks and, if necessary, with basic and medical care, including all associated administrative tasks.

Your profile - what you bring:

  • You have already gained professional experience as a Pedagogical Specialist or Care Specialist
  • You possess patience and humor, treat our clients with respect and a lot of empathy
  • Driver's license class B is a requirement
  • You are willing to work in the afternoon until early evening and on weekends on a rotating basis. No night shifts
  • Respectful interaction with people with disabilities
