  • FRAU (M/W/D) to start as soon as possible at our Darmstadt location.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Handling customer inquiries via phone and email
  • Maintaining physical and digital customer records using a ticket system
  • Creating and sending customer forms to subcontractors and confirming receipt
  • Conducting research and compiling reports as needed.
