Administrative Assistant
Responsible for assisting HR in recruiting efforts with additional responsibilities in supporting office tasks in the workplace.
A successful Administrative Assistant is professional, polite, and attentive while also being accurate. They are prepared and responsive, willing to meet each challenge directly.
Administrative Assistants must be comfortable with computers, general office tasks, and excel at both verbal and written communication. Most importantly, they should have a genuine desire to meet the needs of others.
Responsibilities:
- Acting as the point of contact between the executives and internal or external colleagues
- Communicates with outside vendors and businesses to accomplish company objectives, renewing licenses for utilities, maintenance, etc.
- Uses computers to generate reports, balance sheets, transcribe minutes from meetings, create presentations, and conduct research.
- Communicate with and provide guidance for external vendors and service providers to ensure the organization or department's business needs are met.
- Read through contracts, regulations, and procedural guidelines to ensure comprehension and compliance.
- Prepare operational progress or status reports.
- Perform other jobrelated duties as assigned.
- Liaises between satellite offices and office manager, completing requisition forms as needed.
Requirements:
- Flexibility to work as part of a team on big projects
- Comfortable with technology, especially with social media and Microsoft Office
- Customer service experience/ability to interact promptly and professionally
- Associate's Degree in a related field preferred
- Prior administrative experience preferred
- Attention to detail.
- Ability to effectively multitask
- Desire to be proactive and create a positive experience for others.
Pay:
$ $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week

- Home health: 2 years (preferred)
