Team Leader (m/f/d) for Open All-Day Schools
As the operator of 17 open all-day primary schools in Rheda-Wiedenbrück, Rietberg, Harsewinkel, and Herzebrock-Clarholz, some with extended hours care, we are looking for a dedicated team leader hours/week) with a passion for working with primary school children and leadership tasks for the
Josefschule in Herzebrock-Clarholz starting on August 1st, 2023.

Your responsibilities:

Implementation of the educational mission and leadership tasks:

Coordination and implementation of the educational mission of individual support, promotion, and care for primary school children within the framework of the open all-day school (OGGS)
Management and development of the OGGS team
Coordination of work schedules and task distribution within the OGGS team, including covering for sick leave (in coordination with the OGGS coordination staff)
Administrative tasks (e.g. personnel scheduling, cash register accounting, planning of extracurricular activities)
Participation in school and quality development processes
Coordination and communication with the school management, teaching staff, and school social work
Collaboration with parents
Close cooperation with the OGGS department head, OGGS coordination staff, and OGGS administration
Organization, planning, and conducting of team meetings
Ensuring the supervision and guidance of interns, volunteers
