Your responsibilities:

  • Communication with customers, sales teams, and external partners
  • Conducting reminder runs
  • Filing claims with insolvency administrators
  • Handling and processing of collection cases
  • Reconciliation and balancing of personal and general ledger accounts
  • Monitoring credit lines
