The Studentenring is a leading, established for 25 years, tutoring institute with branches in Bayreuth and Nuremberg and branches in 74 other German cities.

We organize individual tutoring at the student's home and also offer seminars for students and students for exam preparation.

For our branch in Bayreuth we are looking for:

Student workers (8-10 hours per week) for sales and administrative tasks (customer service & sales)

YOUR TASKS...

You will provide advice to potential tutoring clients by phone. These are not "assembly line" conversations, but individual one-on-one conversations (NO COLD CALLING).
After successful telephone consultation, you will enter the customer's data completely and error-free using our in-house computer program.
You will inform customers about the status of their placement by phone.
You will call existing customers and inquire about their satisfaction with our services (customer satisfaction analysis).

YOUR SKILLS...

You have experience in dealing with customers and ideally have completed an apprenticeship (not mandatory).
You have very good internet skills and can quickly find your way around a web-based interface.
You enjoy communicating, have good pronunciation, possess good expression skills and are confident in German spelling.
You are able to empathize with the academic
