We are responsible for advising, selling, and processing services related to foreign trade. Companies, corporations, and financial institutions around the world rely on our expertise and trust our advice. By collaborating with colleagues in the bank's global network, we develop integrated, sustainable solutions for our clients.

The Trade Advisor – Team Support is an ambassador for Trade Finance Flow and advises all clients in their team with the goal of efficiently processing transactions.

They identify and evaluate specific trade finance product and consulting needs and provide excellent service to increase customer satisfaction and loyalty.


Your responsibilities:
You will support, maintain, and expand a trade finance client portfolio as a team expert with detailed knowledge.

You will primarily handle all products from the "Documentary Business", "Guarantees", "Financing and Receivables Purchase (Forfaiting, Early Settlements, transaction-related financing), and "Working Capital" product portfolios.

You will maintain close, individual customer contact via telephone, video conference, webcast, or other digital media.

You will have solution-oriented discussions with customers regarding our compliance requirements and ensure the implementation and escalation of transaction monitoring.

You will understand customer needs and independently advise on the full range of trade finance flow products, develop cross-selling approaches, and acquire new mandates for our cooperation partners.
