The Glinicke Group, founded in 1930, is active in the federal states of Hesse, Thuringia, North Rhine-Westphalia, and Lower Saxony.

We represent the brands VW, Audi, Skoda, Seat, Cupra, Porsche, Jaguar, Land Rover, Jeep, Alfa Romeo, Peugeot, MG, Hyundai, and Fiat Professional in 26 car dealerships.

The Glinicke Automotive Group, based in Kassel for over 90 years, employs more than 1,600 people in its dealerships, including 200 apprentices.

We are currently looking for a
Body Shop Service Advisor (m/f/d) for our Hessenkassel dealership in Kassel.

Your responsibilities
As a Service Advisor, customer satisfaction is your top priority. In addition to providing support and advice, you will also assist with technical questions and create individual cost estimates. With your competent presence in the service business, you contribute to the economic success of our company.

Your qualifications

Commercial and/or technical education, ideally in the automotive industry
Comprehensive industry knowledge and/or a master's degree in the automotive industry
Professional experience is desirable; ideally with knowledge of the VW, Skoda, and Seat brands
Customer and serviceoriented approach
High quality awareness and adherence to deadlines
Team and communication skills
