You will actively work in daily operations and gain experience in various store situations and teams through rotating assignments in different stores.

You will be responsible for organizing daily operations, personnel and vacation planning, analyzing sales figures, etc.

You will take on responsibility for your assigned employees and tasks early on.

After a 12-month practical training in various Deichmann stores, you will soon take over the management of your own store.

Profile:

You have completed a retail apprenticeship and ideally have some work experience.
You are organized and able to coordinate and plan processes.
You enjoy being physically active, have a sense of fashion, and are interested in current trends.
You are open to people and have a high level of service orientation with a hands-on mentality.
