Your responsibilities

  • Management of corporate and private clients in restructuring/liquidation status
  • Negotiations and ongoing collaboration in restructuring/liquidation situations with all key stakeholders while considering legal and insolvency risks
  • Analysis and close monitoring of developed restructuring plans and associated measures

Your qualifications

  • Successfully completed training as a bank clerk (m/f/d) and/or a business or legal education
  • Practical experience in credit business, ideally in restructuring/liquidation
  • Strong sense of responsibility
  • Structured, independent, and solution-oriented work style
  • Communication and persuasion skills as well as a confident demeanor
