For our IT department at our headquarters in Bonn, we are currently looking for an Application Support Specialist (m/f/d).

Your responsibilities

  • Support of Cisco telecommunications and collaboration solutions

  • Ensuring the operational functionality and user support of IT applications

  • Coordination and management of updates and releases of IT applications

  • Participation in IT support for standard and specialized applications

  • Support of license and certificate management

  • Participation in IT projects
