Consulting Office Service Clerk (m/f/d)


Your responsibilities:
Point of contact for receiving, forwarding, and processing inquiries from our UWA consulting offices
Support in continuously improving our processes
Assistance with team tasks
Participation in projects
Support for our consulting offices in IT matters (internal software / Lotus Notes)
Administration / management of software products for our consulting offices

Your profile:
Completed commercial training
Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel
Good basic IT skills
Flexibility and quick comprehension
Reliability, resilience, and a self-sufficient and solution-oriented work style
Strong communication skills and a customer service-oriented mindset
