Your Responsibilities:


  • You will independently handle ongoing payroll accounting in DATEV LODAS for clients from various industries and sizes.
  • You will be the contact person for an assigned group of clients and for complex issues from internal functional areas.
  • You will monitor tax and payroll deadlines.
  • You will provide comprehensive advice to clients on income tax and social security law issues, taking into account contractual agreements.
  • You will handle income tax and social security audits for our clients.
  • In addition, you will have the opportunity to participate in internal projects.

Your Profile:


  • Successfully completed training as a tax clerk or payroll accountant (m/f/d) or a comparable commercial education.
  • Ideally, 2 years of experience in payroll and salary accounting.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and DATEV applications, especially payroll and salary or LODAS.
  • First experience in digital collaboration with clients in the DATEV environment (e.g. DATEV Employee Online) would be an advantage.
  • You are a true team player and enjoy working with people in general.
  • You value discretion and loyalty, are flexible, and like to take responsibility.
