The German Railway is one of the most diverse employers in Germany.

Every year, we are looking for over 5,000 apprentices in 50 different professions who want to become even better with us.

We are currently seeking applicants for a 3-year apprenticeship starting on September 1st, 2024, for the position of Construction Worker (m/f/d) specializing in Masonry for DB InfraGO AG at our location in Cottbus.

The vocational school and training workshop are located in Berlin.

What to expect in your apprenticeship:

  • You will become familiar with various construction equipment and tools
  • You will learn how to mix concrete and create structures using different building materials such as stones, mortar, and concrete
  • You will also gain insights into other trades, such as drywall and tile laying
  • You will be taught the necessary skills for accurate measurement and implementation of plans

Your profile:

  • You have successfully completed (or will soon complete) your education and math is one of your favorite subjects
  • You have good manual dexterity and spatial imagination
  • You enjoy working in a team and are always willing to help
  • You are dedicated, flexible, and reliable
  • You prefer working outdoors and are not interested in office work
