To strengthen our team, we are looking for you as a Commis de Cuisine (m/f/d) in La Puebla, NM.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

  • You will be responsible for preparing and plating cold and hot dishes
  • Ensuring the taste, presentation, and quality of the dishes falls within your responsibilities
  • You will perform mise en place tasks
  • You will oversee and maintain hygiene standards in the kitchen area

THESE QUALIFICATIONS ARE REQUIRED

  • You have completed a professional training as a cook and have gained experience, preferably in the hotel and gastronomy industry
  • You cook with passion and creativity
  • You are responsible, reliable, and flexible
  • You are familiar with all hygiene and safety standards and can implement them
  • Good knowledge of German and English complete your profile
