_$2000 Sign-On Bonus_
In this role, Spurwink Clinicians provide individual and family therapy in a school setting. Home and community-based sessions are also offered as needed.
This position is 3 days a week at
Young School in Saco and can be full-time if split with Outpatient Services.
Spurwink prioritizes quality supervision for clinicians, using a blend of individual and group formats to meet the licensing requirements and professional development needs.
Fee for Service positions have a minimum billing expectation of 4 hours per day. MaineCare reimbursement rates range from $ $75.02 per clinical hour for conditionally and independently licensed clinicians. Private insurance rates vary depending on payer and licensure. Staff meeting/Supervision/Training is paid at an additional competitive rate.
Fee for Service clinicians will receive a weekly stipend for the first 6 weeks of employment while they grow their caseload. This stipend will be paid in addition to any training/supervision/billable hours accumulated during that time period.

DUTIES:
- Conduct psychosocial assessments, treatment planning, and providing individual and family therapy.
- Provide updates on treatment progress for managed care entries, clinical documentation, and electronic record keeping.
- Interdisciplinary collaboration and strong networking skills are essential.
QUALIFICATIONS:
All applicants must possess a Master's Degree in Social Work or Counseling, and Maine Licensure (LMSW-cc, LCSW, LCPC-c, or LCPC).
