NEPTUN SMULDERS Engineering is the merger of the traditional NEPTUN WERFT shipyard in Warnemünde and the international steel construction company Smulders. Together, we bring all the expertise for the extensive design and efficient construction of maritime structures. Behind us are the family-owned MEYER Group and the international construction company Eiffage.

As a new business area, the MEYER Group is developing the offshore sector with the goal of building converter stations in the North and Baltic Seas to transform and rectify the electricity generated by offshore wind turbines on its way to land.

The next chapter in shipbuilding history in Mecklenburg-Western Pomerania can now begin. The energy transition can only succeed with us.
