Your tasks:
Our competent workshop team is responsible for coordinating repairs and managing service providers and logistics partners.

As part of this team, you will take on the following tasks:

You set the organizational and technical course for the start of our customers' vehicle repairs.
You make decisions regarding the repair process, such as:
Will the vehicle be repaired and if so, when and where?
Do we need to organize a rental car?
Weighing the proportionality between technical and economic aspects.
Which parties need to be involved in economic decisions?
You select and commission workshops.
You manage suppliers in terms of professional supplier management.
You conduct clarification and escalation discussions with third parties, such as workshops, leasing companies, experts, fleet managers, and insurance companies.
You question processes in terms of customer orientation, efficiency, and speed.

Your profile:

Vocational training in a technical field, e.g. in a car workshop, car dealership, or related service industry.
Professional experience in complex administrative tasks is desirable.
Strong understanding of technical processes in the field of car repairs.
Enjoyment in quickly solving challenging tasks and coordination processes.
Basic knowledge in the field of car insurance.
Enjoyment in communicating with customers over the phone.
Friendly and competent demeanor with a high level of empathy.
Careful, reliable, and goaloriented work style.
