About the Employer:


Our client is one of the leading suppliers of industrial products, particularly for the oil and gas industry, and automotive spare parts worldwide.

Since the 1970s, the company has been known for its quality and reliability.

The team is now looking for a Sales Support Specialist for the industrial division (m/f/d) to join their team in Murrells Inlet, SC.

Responsibilities:


  • Independent order processing from customer inquiries to order fulfillment
  • Responsible point of contact for customers and suppliers in sales support
  • Independent procurement, including price negotiations
  • Search for new sources and suppliers
  • Monitoring and coordination of deadlines for ongoing projects
  • Conducting quality controls and technical clarifications
  • Handling of complaints
  • Correspondence with customers and suppliers
  • Customer and supplier visits, as well as trade fair visits

Requirements:


  • Completed commercial training as a foreign trade clerk, industrial clerk (m/f/d), or a comparable degree
  • Relevant experience in international sales support/order processing, ideally for technical products
  • Strong technical understanding
  • Independent and responsible way of working
  • Analytical thinking skills and a passion for numbers
  • Fluent in German and English, with knowledge of Russian being desirable
  • Proficient in MS Office applications and ERP systems
