SUMMARY


Primary responsibility is the data management and data integrity of the JD Edwards operating system, including item masters on all branch plants.


YOUR IMPACT

  • Coordinate information on parts based on contracts and sales and create new part numbers as needed.
  • Maintain data integrity on item masters in all branch plants.
  • Primary contact on setting up part numbers in JDE.
  • Update safety stock, leadtimes and stocking type as needed.
  • Enter, update and Obsolete part numbers and kit BOMs.
  • Support production part needs by responding to buyer requests.
  • Aid Sales Administrators in creating World Writers and data transfers.
  • Prepare reports for Inventory Manager and Material Planning Manger to analyze.
  • Compiles and maintains manual or computerized records, such as part number records and GFM part number records.
  • Other duties as assigned.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

  • Associate's degree in business or a related field
  • 3plus years of related work experience

STANDOUT QUALIFICATIONS

  • Individual must be a selfstarter, flexible, highly organized
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Familiar with ERP System
