Educator (m/f)

The Barbara and Tiramisù nurseries and day care centers are looking for educators for their facility in Wasserbillig-Mertert, Luxembourg (15 minutes from Trier, Germany).

Required languages:
German and some English (knowledge of other languages is a plus)

Your responsibilities:

Working with children:

Knowing how to welcome children and a group, identify their needs, and respond to them.
Organizing and leading activities/trips/projects that align with the children's abilities, the facility's concept, and the care provided.
Respecting each child's skills and psychomotor development.
Ensuring the health, safety, wellbeing, and growth of the child.

Working with parents:

Exchanging information about the child's daily development.
Providing support to parents while respecting the role and place of each individual.
Encouraging collaboration between parents, child, and nursery during activities.
Promoting multilingualism to support the recognition of family languages.
