Your responsibilities

Joining as a sales representative in project sales, you will be essential in expanding our company and creating growth opportunities for both yourself and the team.

  • Acquiring qualified leads in energy, machinery, and plant engineering sectors
  • Conducting market analyses to uncover service potential for Atlas Titan and initiating contact with decision-makers over the phone
  • Promoting the diverse service range of Atlas Titan
  • Handing over qualified leads to the sales team
  • Assisting customers with technical projects and optimizing staffing for engineering vacancies

Your qualifications

  • Completion of commercial or technical training or equivalent degree
  • Multiple years of sales experience, preferably in engineering and staffing services
  • Confident in phone customer interactions and acquiring new clients
  • Highly self-motivated with a passion for excellence
  • Team player with a customer-centric approach
  • Natural sales ability and a knack for identifying cross-selling opportunities
