Your responsibilities
Joining as a sales representative in project sales, you will be essential in expanding our company and creating growth opportunities for both yourself and the team.
- Acquiring qualified leads in energy, machinery, and plant engineering sectors
- Conducting market analyses to uncover service potential for Atlas Titan and initiating contact with decision-makers over the phone
- Promoting the diverse service range of Atlas Titan
- Handing over qualified leads to the sales team
- Assisting customers with technical projects and optimizing staffing for engineering vacancies
Your qualifications
- Completion of commercial or technical training or equivalent degree
- Multiple years of sales experience, preferably in engineering and staffing services
- Confident in phone customer interactions and acquiring new clients
- Highly self-motivated with a passion for excellence
- Team player with a customer-centric approach
- Natural sales ability and a knack for identifying cross-selling opportunities
