  • You support our sales team in all organizational and administrative matters of daily business
  • You are responsible for accepting and checking new vehicles, as well as preparing deliveries
  • You maintain and manage the customer data management system and oversee fleet management
  • You assist the sales team in preparing, executing, and following up on sales promotions
  • Even after the purchase, you continue to support our customers and ensure longterm customer loyalty
  • The profile of tasks is completed by impressing our customers with great sympathy and reliability
This is what we are looking for

  • Your professional foundation is a completed commercial apprenticeship as an automotive salesman (m/f/d)
  • You have some experience in the automotive trade, which you have already applied in around 2 years of professional experience
  • You can approach and inspire people, using your sales talent
  • As a pleasant conversation partner, you interact with our customers on an equal footing
  • Your high willingness to learn allows you to continuously develop professionally and personally
  • It is desirable that you have a technical understanding and are familiar with the demands of our customers for Mercedes-Benz vehicles
  • The needs of your customers are always your top priority
  • You have solid knowledge of working with computer programs (MS Office)
  • You have a valid driver's license
