Your tasks at a glance:

Examination, classification, and booking of incoming invoices according to applicable commercial and tax regulations
Review and reconciliation of travel expense reports and other reimbursements based on internal guidelines
Point of contact for questions regarding the billing process and complex invoicing
Maintenance of master data in
Execution of payment runs and reconciliation
Management of fixed assets accounting
Preparation of corresponding reports
Account reconciliations and preparation of evaluations

Your qualifications:

Completed training as an accountant, tax clerk, or comparable qualification, as well as relevant professional experience
Strong communication skills and professional handling of internal and external customers
Strong IT and digitalization affinity
Proficient in MS Office products
Good English
