Join our IT Operations team full-time (40 hours/week) as a Senior Incident Manager (m/f/d) at one of our locations throughout Germany or in a home office.

Your responsibilities

Effective coordination:

You efficiently coordinate the technical and communication departments in the event of a major IT disruption to ensure a quick and precise response.

Analysis and action planning:

You are responsible for conducting root cause analyses and defining preventive action plans to prevent similar incidents in the future.

Project management for high-priority issues: You lead project management for resolving high-priority issues by effectively allocating resources and coordinating timelines to minimize impact on operations.

Business continuity management:
Actively develop and optimize business continuity management to ensure business continuity even under challenging conditions.

Documentation and audit coordination:
Responsible for comprehensive documentation of all processes and coordinating audits to ensure compliance requirements are met.

Your profile
You have 3-5 years of experience in incident management, ideally in a service-oriented corporation.
You have completed a degree in (business) informatics or a similar qualification.
ITIL or FitSM experience and excellent communication skills are key qualities of your profile.
You enjoy working as part of a team, but can also work independently and in a structured manner.
You speak German at a minimum C1 level and have good English skills (B2).
