Your future responsibilities:

As the head of the mechanical workshop, you will be responsible for the professional and disciplinary leadership of employees, as well as the supervision of apprentices in your department.

You will also be the first point of contact for planning internal and external staffing needs, including being on call on a rotating basis.

As the heart of the workshop, you will be responsible for mechanical maintenance, planning and coordinating short and long-term repairs of production equipment, and optimizing them.

You will also be responsible for documenting maintenance activities and ensuring compliance with internal safety, quality, and environmental regulations. Additionally, you will be involved in finding digitalization approaches for maintenance.
