Join our team in Personnel and Legal and apply as a Payroll and Personnel Administration Specialist (m/f/d) in full-time or part-time (minimum 30 hours/week) at our location in Hannover.
Responsibilities:
- Preparing, creating, and sending payroll for various payroll cycles
- Creating employment contracts and additional agreements
- Maintaining (digital) personnel files
- Entering and maintaining master data in SAP and ASES
- Processing new hires and terminations, as well as social security and income tax
- Conducting yearend closing activities
Qualifications:
- You have completed a commercial apprenticeship and have further education in human resources
- You have excellent knowledge of payroll and personnel administration
- You are familiar with labor and social security law
- You have good knowledge of SAP HR
