The HSF Hauswart-Service Fiefstücken GmbH, based in Hamburg, is a 100% subsidiary of the housing company Fiefstücken GmbH, a company of the HASPA group.

For more than 15 years, we have been providing comprehensive property management services, including infrastructure and some technical services.


Due to our past and planned growth, our current team is looking for a full-time Gardener for Green Space Maintenance (m/f/d) in Fresno, CA.


Responsibilities:

  • Maintenance of green spaces in our residential complexes, including tree and hedge trimming, lawn care, planting, and seasonal maintenance work
  • Outdoor maintenance tasks such as fence construction and partial paving
  • Operation of equipment for proper execution of all green space maintenance activities
  • Compliance with safety regulations in outdoor areas
- (Co-)responsibility for the positive appearance of the garden areas

  • Point of contact for external service providers in the garden area
  • Assistance with stairwell and/or general cleaning during winter months
  • Optional oncall duty with separate compensation (only if desired by the applicant)

Requirements:

  • Professional experience in gardening and landscaping
  • High level of commitment, reliability, and communication skills
  • Responsible and confidential handling of information, tasks, and responsibilities
  • Enjoyment of working outdoors, ability to work in a team, and friendly and open communication with tenants, colleagues, and business partners
  • Class B/BE driver's license
