For our client, one of the leading online companies and a large comparison portal, we are currently looking for a
Team Leader (m/f/d) for Credit Service Processing
Location:
Munich, Dortmund
Your immediate salary:
- Year: 45, ,000 € gross
What you should bring:
- Completed commercial training in the financial services sector, ideally as a bank clerk (also open to career changers from the commercial sector with experience as a clerk)
- Several years of experience in credit processing and/or customer consulting/processing
- Leadership experience
- Proven leadership experience
- Strong analytical skills
- Fluent in German (written and spoken) and strong communication skills
Your tasks in detail:
- Professional and disciplinary leadership and development of a credit processing team through coaching and regular feedback discussions
- Management, planning and participation in daytoday operations, i.e. independent and thorough review of documents submitted by our customers for completeness and plausibility
- Responsibility for compliance with internal and external service level agreements for our bank and sales partners
- Collaboration in the further development and optimization of processes regarding automation and streamlining of credit review processes in cooperation with our product management
- Close cooperation and regular exchange with management and other team leaders for recruitment
- Training of new employees (m/f/d)
