Join our sales team at our subsidiary Farben Schmid in the West Hurley, NY region as an Inside Sales Representative (m/f/d) starting as soon as possible.

Your tasks will include:

  • Customer support
  • Order acceptance and processing
  • Product sales (also by phone)
  • General administrative tasks
  • Support for other departments as needed

Your qualifications:

  • As our ideal candidate (m/f/d), you have completed an apprenticeship as a painter, varnisher, or carpenter (m/f/d) or have a commercial background in the paint or wood industry
  • You have extensive knowledge of products and materials used in the painting or carpentry trade
  • Good communication skills and previous sales experience round out your profile
  • IT skills are desirable


As a sales-oriented person, you enjoy advising and supporting our trade customers and bring a high level of flexibility and mobility, as well as a strong customer service mindset.


We are also open to giving entry-level professionals who have completed their apprenticeship in the trade industry a chance, if they are a good fit for the role.
