Your responsibilities:

Attracting applicants and candidates through traditional and modern methods
Screening and evaluating incoming applications
Complete responsibility in the application process
Assessing the suitability of applicants for open vacancies in consultation with the departments
Planning, organizing, and conducting interviews and hiring processes
Analyzing, evaluating, and continuously assessing your recruiting tools
Actively searching for potential candidates and expanding networks through the use of various channels (active sourcing social media personnel marketing)

Your profile:

Passion for the topic of recruiting
Enjoy working with people
Organizational talent and commitment
Ideally, professional experience in recruiting technical personnel
Training as a personnel service specialist, commercial training and/or studies, or similar
Strong service and consulting orientation
Interest in expanding networking in the job market
