We are pleased to offer you, on behalf of our client, a successful metal production company with a long tradition in the Erzgebirge region, the position of
HR Administrator (m/f/d).
Your responsibilities:
- Maintaining employee master data and personnel files
- Checking and maintaining time management records
- Processing payroll and handling errors
- Verifying tax, social security, and labor law issues
- Corresponding with authorities and social security institutions
- Creating statistics and analyses
- Administrative HR tasks: copying, filing, archiving
Your profile:
- Completed commercial training
- Experience in payroll processing and HR administration
- Knowledge of labor, tax, and social security laws
- Proficient in MS Office applications
- Ideally, experience with ERP systems (SAP)
- Strong team spirit and communication skills
