Job Description:
We are looking for a motivated and organized individual to join our team in Sleepy Hollow.

As a member of our team, you will be responsible for creating freight and customs documents, as well as invoices.

You will also be responsible for verifying all shipment and order-related data and documents, creating quotes and calculating prices, organizing hazardous material transports, and communicating with international offices and agents.

Additionally, you will be responsible for tracking shipments, maintaining constant communication with our clients and service providers worldwide, and participating in practical learning in various departments.

This position also offers the opportunity to work on training-related projects, as well as the chance to work independently and take on responsibilities.


Responsibilities:

  • Creating freight and customs documents, as well as invoices
  • Verifying all shipment and orderrelated data and documents
  • Creating quotes and calculating prices
  • Organizing hazardous material transports
  • Communicating with international offices and agents

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Strong knowledge of geography, math, and German
  • Good English skills (additional languages are a plus)
  • Proficiency in using computers
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Willingness to work and take initiative
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Enthusiasm for learning and training
