Tasks and Process

The training alternates between theory and practical phases in three- or six-month intervals. At the Dual University of Applied Sciences Baden-Württemberg (DHBW) Ravensburg, you will gain insights into business basics such as financial accounting and business administration, as well as programming and the fields of system and software development. These learning contents are applied and deepened during the practical phases at ZF Friedrichshafen AG through tasks from everyday business. Working on projects promotes independence and initiative of the DHBW students. It is possible to complete a semester abroad during both the theory and practical phases. The training contract guarantees you a regular income from the first day and thus ensures your financial independence.
